What does the Live Infinitely Foam Roller do?

Foam rolling also known as Self-Myofacial Release, targets pressure points on your body by breaking down lactic acid. Lactic acid build up produces knots and kinks in your muscles. Using a foam roller gently releases the lactic acid and adhesions between muscles which are causing discomfort and pain.

A foam roller is excellent for use both before exercising to help stretch your muscles and is a great way to warm up. But it is also great for use after your workout for muscle recovery during cool down. Stretching before and after exercise is vital to prevent injuries.

What are some other benefits of using a foam roller?

Personally, I hate to exercise. The most exercise I get is stepping out of my car to get the mail. So for someone like me, who never exercises I didn’t really know what I was getting into. Why? Because using the foam roller is like a low-impact workout!

Rolling out my back with Live Infinitely Foam Roller
Rolling out your back requires the use of your core for balance

To use the Live Infinitely Foam Roller, you need to rely on your balance and your core to hold you up. I actually found it a little bit exhausting. I know, I suck.  But after I got the hang of it, I realized that I felt pretty great!

I especially like using it on my thighs and butt. This requires using your arms and core for balance as well. You will want to roll each muscle group for 1-2 minutes for best results. But it is also good for reducing cellulite – bonus!

Every roller purchase gains you access to Live Infinitely’s exclusive online downloadable massage guides and videos that show you all of the different ways you can use it.

What I love the most? You get a massage and workout all in one! I think this product would be suitable for both experts and out-of-shape beginners like me.

But let’s be honest. I’ll never be an expert. I plan to use it whenever I have a few kinks in my nooks and crannies.

You can find the Live Infinitely Foam Roller on Amazon for around $15
